It should come as no surprise to anyone that there's only so many hours in a day. Both of us would love to be able to work one-on-one with every member, however, it's just not possible. Still, many in our membership want more direct consulting, and the only way we are able to make sure a thing a reality is through an hourly paid format.
You may have been directed to this page because of the nature of a support ticket you filed. Sometimes support tickets are really requests for consulting. Not everything put into a support ticket can be handled by support personnel. Some of the questions being asked take years of experience to provide you with an actionable answer, and this is why you were directed to this page. We are more than happy to provide world class, one-on-one (which is really two-on-one) consulting and help you get where you want to be.
We like to use Skype for these consulting calls. If you do not have a Skype account, please go to Skype.com and signup for a free account and install the software. If you have good internet service with high bandwidth, we can make it a video call.
Depending on what we are going to discuss, we may want to share our computer screen with you, or ask you to allow us to see your screen. We can do this right in Skype, but, if for whatever reason that doesn't work, we'll use the Join.Me service, which is also free to open an account and either share your screen, or view ours. We'll cover that process if we need to, at that time.
Here is the form that needs to be filled out to reserve a consultation time. Please note that the rate is $1,000/hour whether that's with just Todd, just Chris, or Todd & Chris (we reserve the right to change that policy at any time). Payment must be made at the time of scheduling the consultation.
